Guests can register in advance or on arrival, and hosts receive alerts instantly when visitors check in, ensuring a seamless experience with minimal wait times. This reduces front-desk workload and creates a professional first impression for every guest entering the premises.
The frontend is built using React.js, offering a fast, clean, and mobile-friendly interface suitable for desktops, tablets, and smartphones. The backend is powered by NestJS (Node.js), delivering modular, scalable APIs for visitor workflows, photo uploads, host notifications, and secure role-based access control.
All visitor data is stored in an encrypted and highly available AWS RDS PostgreSQL database with automatic backups and support for high-performance querying. This ensures reliability, security, and compliance for organizations that rely on sensitive visitor data.
